Fitness Frontline opened in 2010. We originally set-up our Personal Training Studio in Semaphore Park then expanded to include a Cycle Studio. In 2017 we moved to our larger premises here in Port Adelaide.
In 2001 I became a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I started working in a large gym where I gained the knowledge and experience to start up my own business. In 2010 my wife and I opened Fitness Frontline and we quickly found our niche in small group training with a strong focus on technique and high intensity interval training. We cater for people of all ages and fitness levels and we are proud to still have clients ranging in age from 10 to 70+ years of age.
We offer small group personal training which is affordable and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
My passion for fitness was ignited over 20 years ago. I had always played sports and enjoyed keeping fit but it was endurance sports where I really found my drive to compete and help others to achieve their goals. As a former state champion in Duathlon and Triathlon, I also have four Ironman Triathlon finishes and several Marathon placings, including a first place in my debut at Ultra-marathon racing.
