Fitness Frontline Running

Includes 10 seminars with topics on physiology, technique, drills, concepts, adaptions, periodisation, recovery, nutrition, strength training and running for weight loss. 

Running,  stretching,  strengthening and mobility sessions held weekly.  

 Personalised running program and coaching included in the 10 week period.
