At Fitness Frontline we offer yoga for all ages with no prior experience necessary.   Sessions are crafted with a series of mindful strengthening poses, breath awareness, relaxation and meditation. Maximum of 6 students per class.

Meet Kate your Teacher

Kate is a registered and certified yoga teacher with additional training in both Children's Yoga and Restorative Yoga.  She is also a member of Yoga Alliance International. 

Kate understands that each student has a different reason for stepping on their mat and she enjoys the journey travelling alongside each of her students, empowering them to live from the heart and as the best version of themselves.   Kate's classes provide students with a relaxed and welcoming environment for beginners and beyond.

Join Kate for a five week restorative yoga series.  A unique grounding class including very gentle movement,  guided meditation and balancing breath work with an emphasis on deep relaxation. 

 This class is perfect for everyone,  especially if you are under chronic stress, struggling with balance in your life,  suffering from sleep deprivation,  requiring some scheduled self-care or just needing a break so you can show up as a better parent or partner.

 Only 6 students per class.

Balance, Stretch & Breathe

Have you been curious to try a yoga class but are not sure what class to try or even where to begin?  Balance, Stretch and Breathe is a five week yoga program aimed at all fitness levels with no yoga experience necessary.  Classes are a gentle style of yoga incorporating mindful movement, breath-work and meditation.  Balance,  Stretch and Breathe is the perfect way to begin your week with intention and a sense of calm.

Kids Yoga

Get your glow sticks ready for a fun afternoon of kids yoga. We will dim the lights, roll out our mats under the purple lights, stretch, laugh and play.

Kids will experience a small group yoga class incorporating breath awareness,  strengthening and energizing poses, balance skills, stretching, introduction to mudra's (energetic seals of the fingers/hands), information sharing,  a short guided meditation and relaxation.

Gloga is a five week program aimed at kids aged 5-12 years with no yoga experience required.
